MSA Avicenna Organizational Structure

The board of MSA Avicenna consists of at least three and at most seven members, who appoint from among themselves a Chairperson, Secretary, and Treasurer. The roles of Secretary and Treasurer may be combined in one person.

For the study year 2025–2026, the board consists of six members:

3. Media & Marketing Manager

4. Treasurer

5. PhD Committee Manager

6. Education & Activities Manager

The board is responsible for overseeing all association activities, ensuring smooth operations, and creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members.

Each committee is supported by its own team of members, who work closely with the committee manager to carry out the committee’s responsibilities and activities.

In addition to the board and committee members, MSA Avicenna has more than 80 registered paid members who together form the General Assembly. The General Assembly holds the authority to annually approve and appoint the board members.
